Pedestrian Air Shower with High-Speed Roll-Up Doors

Designed for high-traffic cleanrooms and controlled environments, this system integrates rapid PVC roll-up doors with a high-efficiency decontamination chamber to ensure fast, hygienic personnel transit while preventing cross-contamination.

Workflow & Operation

Hands-Free Entry: Microwave radar or contactless sensors detect approaching personnel, triggering the rapid roll-up entrance door to open in seconds.
Dynamic Interlock & Sealing: Once inside, the door automatically closes and electronically interlocks with the exit door, isolating the chamber from both sides.
High-Velocity Decontamination: Adjustable stainless steel nozzles deliver HEPA-filtered air at speeds exceeding 20–25 m/s, rapidly stripping dust, lint, and loose particulates from personnel clothing.
Fast Exit Clearance: Upon cycle completion, the interlock releases, the exit high-speed door rolls open, and personnel proceed into the cleanroom without touching handles.
