Dynamic Pass Box Introduction

Stainless steel dynamic pass box in the transfer of goods, the top blow out a high-speed, clean air, blow the dust particles on the surface of the goods, the interior is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamp, can effectively kill the bacteria on the surface of the goods, to be completed when the blow, can open another door to take away the goods. The clean air flow acts as an airlock so that the air outside the clean room does not affect the cleanliness of the room.

Door Closer

Unlike traditional scissor-arm closers, slide rail closers feature a streamlined, low-profile track. The arm sits neatly flush with the frame, providing a modern, clean look that integrates seamlessly into high-end architectural and commercial designs.Lower Opening Resistance (Easier to Open)

Pauge Manitor

As usage time increases, dust accumulation on the filter can lead to increased resistance and higher pressure differential. A differential pressure gauge can visually determine if the filter is clogged, prompting timely replacement and preventing reduced airflow and compromised shower performance due to filter blockage.

HEPA Filter (H13/H14)

H13 HEPA Filter for Air Shower Chamber Designed specifically for cleanroom air shower systems to capture airborne particulates down to 0.3 microns with up to 99.995% filtration efficiency, ensuring high-velocity, contamination-free airflow.

Pre-filter ( G4 )

G4 Pre-Filter for Air Shower Chamber Engineered as the primary filtration stage in air shower systems to capture large airborne dust, hair, Effectively protects downstream H13 HEPA filters .

FAQ

Q1: What is an air shower and how does it work?

A: An air shower is a specialized, self-contained chamber installed at the entrance of cleanrooms and controlled environments. It uses high-velocity, HEPA-filtered air jets (typically 20–25 m/s) to blow off dust, lint, and particulate matter from personnel or equipment surfaces before they enter the clean environment.

Q2: Why is an air shower necessary for a cleanroom?

: Humans and cargo are the primary sources of contamination in cleanrooms. Air showers act as a physical barrier and a primary decontamination step, significantly reducing the particle load entering the cleanroom and prolonging the life of secondary cleanroom filters.

Q3: How long should an air shower cycle last?

A: The standard recommended blow time is 10 to 15 seconds. Most modern air showers allow custom adjustments from 0 to 99 seconds depending on your facility’s operational standards.

Q4: How do I choose between a single-person and a multi-person air shower?

Single-person Air Shower: Best for small teams or low-frequency entries.
Tunnel/Multi-person Air Shower: Ideal for shifts where 10+ workers enter simultaneously. A continuous air shower tunnel keeps shift-change delays to a minimum.
Q5: What is the difference between an Air Shower and a Cargo Air Shower?

Personnel Air Shower: Designed with standard doors and step-over thresholds for human entry.
Cargo/Freight Air Shower: Features wider double doors or sliding/rollup doors, a reinforced floor, and no bottom threshold to allow smooth entry for hand trucks, forklifts, and large equipment.
