Integrated Air Shower & Conveyor Interlock System

The automated air shower integrates seamlessly with conveyor production lines via digital I/O or PLC communication to ensure cleanroom integrity and smooth material transfer.

Workflow & Signal Exchange

Infeed Request: When cargo arrives on the conveyor, a photo sensor triggers an infeed signal to the air shower PLC.
Door Open & Cargo Entry: The entrance high-speed shutter/door opens, and the conveyor feeds the product into the chamber.
Decontamination Cycle: Once the product is in position, both doors lock automatically, and high-velocity HEPA-filtered air jets activate for a preset cycle.
Discharge & Line Resume: Upon completion, the exit door opens, sending a “Clear” signal to the downstream conveyor to resume transport into the cleanroom area.
